Chueca, a flagship of freedom
Madrid for lesbians-Chueca – the LGBT neighborhood of Madrid par excellence and is also one of the areas of Madrid for lesbians; In recent years, this neighborhood has become the standard of freedom and openness of Madrid society, housing numerous places frequented by the collective LGBT, alternative fashion places, lots of fun and a casual atmosphere.
The district of Chueca is located in the center of the city of Madrid, the Plaza de Chueca along with the streets of Fuencarral and Hortaleza are its main axes.
Chueca is a neighborhood to enjoy with your lesbian friends, both day and night, in an atmosphere of tolerance and diversity.
For the day, we can take the aperitif and snack at any of the many bars and restaurants, very pleasant and cheerful, including: “Barriga Llena“, “El Boho“, “La Mordida“, “La Tita Rivera“, “Válgame Dios” or “Bristol Bar“.
From the early hours of the afternoon we can have some beers in any of the wonderful terraces of the square, among which we highlight the historic bar “La Bohemia“, which is since the early 90’s, the classic winery “Angel Sierra“, Tavern of yesteryear that transports us to several decades ago, and a few meters, by the same Gravina street, is “La Acuarela“.
And late at night, in the neighborhood of Chueca you will find numerous lesbian venues, either to take a quiet drink or to dance until the wee hours. Among those we recommend for girls are:
Fulanita de Tal, to have a drink, to listen to live music
Fulanita VIP, to dance until dawn
We recommend it for being a reference place for lesbians in Chueca, to know it visit our post of Fulanita de Tal
Truco, to dance and have a drink until dawn. Good music, good atmosphere and mixed public and of all kinds.
